Part of an Insurance Audit team. For the IFRS, SII and subs audits; tasks included confirming and testing bank accounts, receivables, payables, investments, reinsurance, prepayments, etc.
Yes, many technical skills ranging from Excel to how the client works/ how to understand the system. more confident with talking to the client by myself.

When it came to the client very on it as I had a well organised manager. However, with more of the admin side it could have been more organised, even with global issues arising.
lots, plenty of people to go to if I am having issues all mine were great and felt I could go to them at any time.
