I was working on audit, engaging with the client, working in groups. Really enthusiastic about the work. I was a junior staff, I was more engaging with the less difficult tasks, but as the time got along I was working on more complicated and difficult tasks that more senior members are performing
From the first day I have been learning a lot of new skills, developing new attributes and increase my knowledge on the industry as well as the different clients that I was working for. I am really looking forward to continue working on my next placement and develop new skills and attributes
I am enjoying the programme as I can have a better idea and understanding of the work that I will be performing. It allows me to work with other people in the teams. It allows me to develop better communications with the other people in my team. Really enjoying the program
It is very organised as a lot of people working on the program are in constant communication with us throughout the placement. I think is is very organised and I can't find any new ideas how can the programme can become more organised as it is very well structured and organised.
A lot of support, since most of the employees there we in my shoes couple of years ago, meaning that they know how it feels to be in my situation. The employees are really helpful and helping me to become a better person and a much better employee through time.
The support from the provider is great as a lof of the information that I need to perform my work comes from the training that i receive. Most of the work that I am performing is related to the training and helps me do my work easier and more effective
The work that I was performing, during my placement the last couple of months needed some background knowledge which was provided in the qualification and this it allowed me to have a better idea and understand of a lot of the tasks that I needed to do and made my week easier to understand.
There were a lot of social groups that helped me feel welcomed to the company but also to the team. I think is one of the best things in the company, the socials, which allow people to interact which each other, form friendships and become more social and meet other people
Yes
Because is one of the best programmes available and allows you to get a better work that would be very difficult to get in normal circumstances. I am already helping other people that want to get into the course by giving the information about how to get into the programme.
I would advice them to do their application after they have some experience of other interviews, as I think since PwC is the best company at what they are doing it is very difficult to be accepted. However, if you get accepted it is a very good opportunity for you
