I am a access field technician. My roll is I go out and repair peoples set top boxes modems and phone line. When I wake up of a morning I have all my jobs on my PDA which involves service work and installs
Yes I have learned a lot of new skills in the field and how to deal with customers on a day to day basis

I feel very valued as they supply me with all my tools uniform and van .
Very well organised as they know dates throughout the year that you will be takingarts in different things.
Lots of support they call to check up on you and they are only one phone call away to help you.
Lots of support you have your manager and all the other techs are available for advice and do help you.
It is good for a apprenticeship. And as we don't have to pay anything its good.
