Go to customers houses and fix their equipment
Ive learnt how to install and fix faults on our network for individual customers
I enjoy it as a job and look forward to going to work

It was well organised and structured so that we completed the apprenticeship in the time
I received continuous support from the apprentice manager and support managers.
I receive continued support from my manager andf employers.
I beleive my salary matched my role well as i was getting paid more than most apprentiveship
