Being a field technician and being able to resolve customers issues with their services weather it be a CATV fault or a telco fauklt
The skills I have learnt over the past year have given me the knowledge of how virgin media works and what it takes to be a technician
I enjoyed it very much to the extant the I want to future my career in the company and extend my learning
I feel valued a lot as they can give me the opportunity that other company's can not and then give me the support for any queries in have regarding to solve a solution
Very well as virgin media sturctured it around my working schedule for training days and study days
I got an unbelievable amount of support throughout my training giving me the help I needed to completel the program
I received loads support from VirginMedia and was able to ask questions in case in had any issues
The salary is very good for the start of a career and the bonuses are the what make the job worth while as it proves to myself and virgin media that I can do the job to the highest level
