As general assistant i work at cafe. Serving customers at the counter, serving hot drinks, help in hospitality, help my manager to do some office tasks.
Yes, my manager teaches many new things like how to process invoices, how to order products and services, organise events.
I like this programme because most things i learn at work, just some homework needs to be done at home.
I think is well organised.
My manager assistant helps me a lot and encourages all the time.
My teacher is very helpful but is a lot of learning have to be done by yourself, sometimes is complicated.
I think is more basic knowledge, I learn more by doing things when my manager teaches me.

Atmosphere in my working place most of the times is very nice. Better pay than other hospitality places. Oppurtunity to grow.
Bring positive attitude, work hard and you will be noticed.
