Very well structured but organisation is okay. We all kept being assigned to random places with very long commutes.

lots of protocols in place to ensure you have multiple people to support you

they are there if you need them but not over bearing

much better as it provides real life experiance.

there were options however due to long commutes and weeks away I was unable to join any

Good social environment and very friendly, with kind and supportive people there. Work can be stressful and long hours in busy season but that is expected

get fully immersed in office chat and dont be afraid to communicate
