I really enjoy my training sessions. Theyre relaxed, comfortable & my trainer is amazing.
Its all super organised & my tutor is very informative. Keeps in touch, checks in & cares about my progress & also sends reminders of appointments.
My employer is very supportive & regularly checks on my progress & asks if i need help with anything.
My trainer is extremely supportive & explains everything in great detail so i understand each stage of working towards my qualification.
i think my qualification helps a great deal with how i perform in my role as it keeps all of the information, rules & procedures fresh in my head.
