General running of the site and catering team, overseeing food production, placing orders and book keeping.
Yes new skills in accounting, team management and development.
I like the learner research and development from the trainer they give lots of help and support and are very flexible and friendly.
Good organization and step by step structure, the assessor gives enough time to get things done before the next visit.
I get given the chance to do my apprenticeship work in work time which is supported.
Lots of support via email and phone and plenty of encouragement.
It make you think about what you have learned so far and I have to say that I have put plenty of this into practice with my team.
