My role was in audit, it involved working on many different clients, usually at client site.
I have developed my accounting and audit knowledge, and learned new excel and other technical skills.
I have enjoyed most parts of the programme, it was a shame to have to work at home in the last 2 weeks.
The programme is quite well organised, the virus has impacted this but is mostly out of the control of programme directors.
I have received sufficient training from my employer and have access to contacts throughout.
We have not received much support from the ICAEW yet as mostly Uni based.
The exams i have already sat have developed my technical skills to enable me to complete work.
