I attend college currently five days a week for training.
Yes I have gained more knowledge and have many new skills.
I love being in the workshop completing hands on tasks.
It is well organised and covers all the valuable information that I need for the yard.
I get a lot of support and am constantly encouraged to do my best.
We get reviews every 12 weeks which allows the our line managers to give us motivation.
Its giving me more knowledge and making me a better employee.
You can go to the library at breaks but not really.

It's an extremely good company to get involved with and is the best opportunity to start your career within the business.
Just be yourself and work as hard as you can so you achieve the most from your apprenticeship.
