  • I love being in the workshop completing hands on tasks.

  • It is well organised and covers all the valuable information that I need for the yard.

  • I get a lot of support and am constantly encouraged to do my best.

  • We get reviews every 12 weeks which allows the our line managers to give us motivation.

  • Its giving me more knowledge and making me a better employee.

  • You can go to the library at breaks but not really.

  • It's an extremely good company to get involved with and is the best opportunity to start your career within the business.

  • Just be yourself and work as hard as you can so you achieve the most from your apprenticeship.
