Project Managemen apprentice Review

In my current placement of my apprenticeship, I am currently working on plns and liasing with engineers to ensure the plan progress is up to date. As well as providing analysis on the progress of the plan.

Yes, since starting I have learnt many different skills including: Enchaincing my communication skills leadership skills. Learning new IT skills, analytical skills and improving my attention for detail

I really enjoy my programme. It is well structured and allows us to see a variety of different roles that all interwine and create a solid understanding on project management. I am enjoying the variety to the programme and different things I am getting exposure to.

As mentioned above the programme is well structured allowing you o get a full view of project management and allowing us to gain a qualification at same time. There is also additional stretch assignments that we get to improve our skills even more and gain resposnsibiliy early on.

My employer os very supportive and it is always someone I could speak to for guidance or advise

Yes my assessors and lecturers are very supportive and keen to see me do well.

It allows you to put the knowledge to your every day role and allows you to become very well rounded
