I work in a canteen environment I provide food 24/7 over 4 shifts also being involved with dad to day finances
I've learned lots of cooking skills also my maths and English improve assesser help me more because I have dyslexia
I enjoyed it because of the different styles of cooking learning new thing all the time
Really well organised my assessor was constantly behind me pushing me
The support was very limited I had to do most of it on my own and the assistance of my assesser
Massive help from her she was fantastic
I had limited skill when I started no I would think about giving a meal to feed 500

I thnk they are fantastic to work for , from the menus to the manager's they want you to progress at every opportunity
Be open to learning they have great programs
