  • I work in a canteen environment I provide food 24/7 over 4 shifts also being involved with dad to day finances

  • I've learned lots of cooking skills also my maths and English improve assesser help me more because I have dyslexia

  • I enjoyed it because of the different styles of cooking learning new thing all the time

  • Really well organised my assessor was constantly behind me pushing me

  • The support was very limited I had to do most of it on my own and the assistance of my assesser

  • Massive help from her she was fantastic

  • I had limited skill when I started no I would think about giving a meal to feed 500

  • I thnk they are fantastic to work for , from the menus to the manager's they want you to progress at every opportunity

  • Be open to learning they have great programs
