Support my team with their IT and construction needs on site and learn about their three roles: Project Manager, Soloutions Architect and Delivery Manager.
I have learned to code at a much higher level of competency, I have attended multiple PM workshops where we learned about presentation, communication and skills to gather knowledge. I have been taught how to program and build network switches and how to use them for devices on a network.
I enjoy my 9-5 work greatly however I do often feel disappointed with my university ARU who do not do a great job explaining things which can often leave their students feeling lost about what they should be doing
I have yet to encounter a single problem, even when we were told to work from home their were already systems in place to make an smooth transition.
AstraZeneca is willing to give it's employees as much time as they need to focus on their studies as well as offering hundreds of training opportunities which we are encouraged to sign up for. Employee development is very important to AZ.
Between being given all the time I need and that they have experts in my subject to support me means I will always have someone to help me understand a topic I am struggling. They also have a wealth of other apprentices who have already done my course who can discus the work with me.
While I don't feel my qualification helps my work at all this could be that I am still I my foundation year. however I do feel that my work helps massively in understanding practical uses for my qualification.

They care for their employees, offer great benefits, everyone is kind and polite, their is lots of room to work and many job opportunities, they pay well, offer good bonuses & offer great training opportunities. I would especially recommend the apprenticeship to anyone as I have greatly enjoyed my experience so far.
Be honest about what you want to do even if that answer is you are not sure yet as this will decide what role you start in.
