  • I enjoy meeting new clients but the day to day of the job gives me zero enjoyment

  • very well organised but sometimes to rigid on this, more flexibility is needed. also communications about the program need to be improved

  • a fair amount, had some issues and they have done a reasonable amount to help ease them

  • not a lot, if you aren't in the classroom or doing e-learning i dont think there is much support at all from Kaplan, any time i email them they just send me back to ask EY

  • 7. How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?
  • not in the slightest, the ICAEW course is for accounting as a whole whereas i only do audit - most of what i learn for exams is then forgotten once the exam is done
