Digital Apprentice Role - Frequent meetings, work shadowing, partly responsible for projects, data management, analysing spreadsheets, and agile working. You spend a lot of time learning how things work, finding your place as an apprentice and what you can offer to the team. Your daily work isn't always the same which is refreshing.
Alteryx, PowerBI, interpersonal skills, improved organisation and more insight working within the industry

Overall great company to work for, the work culture is excellent and I have developed and gained new skills in my role and through my education. Highly recommend to anyone looking for an alternative to university and wants to gain industry experience straight after school whilst studying for a degree.
Be patient through the application process. Complete any tasks as early as possible and be yourself throughout. They are looking for individuality, so make sure you stand out in a positive way and ensure you thoroughly research about what you;re applying for.
