My role at EY is an Associate Auditor, I ensure that the company's financial statements reflect an accurate and fair representation for the relevant year.
I have developed a lot of technical skills such as using Microsoft Excel as well as other skills including communication, organisational and leadership skills.
I enjoy my programme a lot, there are many things to get involved with outside of work such as clubs and events which makes me feel like I never really missed out on the experiences of going to University.
The structure of the programme is pretty well organised, however it is quite intense with juggling work and preparing for exams for the professional qualification.
The Employer is very supportive and more often then not always accommodates needs such as if we need time off to revise for exams or if we have any sort of problem.
We receive a decent amount of help from the training provider - their online website is very helpful.
They do not really give us help in where this relates to our work roles, however the teaching and understanding I gain is of a pretty high quality.
Yes there are many clubs, social activities and networking events to attend to. I am a member of the Football Team.
