To revise for courses which I have to pass for the apprenticeship.
Yes, lots! Such as; Networking skills, Programming skills, ITIL, and currently learning about servers.
I enjoy it all the time, learning new things I find really interesting and fun!
It is structured okay. It was a bit slow to begin with but it has got a lot better since.
A lot! If I ever need to request something for extra help for example I will get more support, its great.
I get over the Minimum support, as the company provides lots of resources for the qualifications. And great mentors for us apprentices to learn from.
I think that, the qualification will help me perform better, as I will have some practical work done but know a lot of theory behind it all.
Not that I know of. Well there is, but its outside of the company
Yes
I have been really enjoying it there now, I have had so much support through this apprenticeship and I now know which area I want my career to go in! thanks to AWE. They have great friendly staff and really look after you.
Be honest, confident and show that you are willing to work for them as an employer. Also, bring ideas of how to improve things. Be friendly.
