I'm an Area Manager looking after 25 sites across Sheffields Primary's this entails over seeing full compliance of Health and Safety, Food Safety, Dudiligence and added value activities. I interact with my teams, Head Teachers, Business Manager, School Food Service and the Sheffield team on a daily basis.
My skills are developing daily through information gained from my Apprenticship and also extra training this has lead to, which I now use on a daily basis.
The program is very enjoyable and has opened my eyes on how different areas of the catering business vary even though we are doing the same job.
The structure and support has been fantastic and been very personal to my individual needs.
If I've needed the support from my employer it's been there 100%
My Tutor is anazing from my one to one or via text message or email he is there to support me when ever I need him,. He makes my training interesting and enjoyable, which makes the learning fun.
It will underpin the knowledge I need to go further in my career within the company.
We have solial events through out the year with our team, along with events sent from the wider business. When I'm not at work I like to socialize with family and friends, sporting activities and reading.
