Learning new technologies in a classroom style format
Yes during my time at the QA academy I learnt a range of different technologies including; Java, JS, ReactJS, MERN, DevOps and Cloud computing.
I enjoyed learning a range of different technologies at the QA academy however would have benefitted more from more time to practice learning the new technologies covered.
BAE systems have been excellent so far throughout our time at the academy and these first few days on site. Incredibly helpful and supportive
I didn't feel that there was always the resources or number of staff available at QA to provide extra training if there was something I didn't understand. Think this was largely due to having a lot of content to cover and limited time to teach it
I definitely have a good basic broad knowledge of all areas we covered in training.
Yes
For offering excellent training and a really fantastic culture to their employees. They seek to bring out the best in their employees and it's easy to talk to individuals across all levels of the organisation
Make sure you practice interview questions and hone in what makes you unique and why BAE should hire you
