As a finance apprentice I get to go around all the different teams in the finance department learning about what those specific teams do and being taught to do them individually
Yes, I have learnt many of new skills. My communication and confidence has definitely improved. My excel skills have also improved as before I started I had never really used it but now I'm confident with it.
I do enjoy coming to work and I enjoy the company I work for. There maybe a few minor things that could be better but overall I really enjoy it.
I would say it is fairly well organised, especially considering it is the first year this programme has been running. At certain points not everything was sure what was happening but this was easily resolved.
I receive a lot of support. The teams I am in are always happy to show me how to do things and answer any questions.
I receive a great amount of support. The teaching at the college is very well presented and easy to understand and the teachers are very helpful. If I have any questions outside of college time teachers are happy to email me and try to help me out.
AAT qualification fits very nicely with what I do on a daily basis. There has been multiple situations where I have used this knowledge to help understand what is happening.
Every now and then there are social activities that people from our work can get involved with.
Yes
Its a great place to work. There are many benefits of working there and it has really helped me develop as a person.
I would advise anyone that is thinking about applying to definitely apply as a lot of good can potentially come from the opportunity.
