Rotated around several parts of the site working on different parts of the manufacturing on pharmaceutical drugs aimed at different health problems.
Yes, I have learnt mainly the process of how Zoladex drug is produced and all the different steps required to make it.
I enjoy it as there is a lot of rotation and chance to show me and work on different skills, so it doesn't get tedious.
It is well organised with different apprentice days on offer, however, with coronavirus it has made rotation harder so I will remain in the same area for a prolonged length of time.
I have fairly regular meetings and whenever I have troubles or need help then I can ask and receive help.
I have monthly meetings and keep contact with my training provider, and am aware that I could seek help whenever I wished to.
My role doesn't fully match my role but some areas do help.
There are apprentice events and chances to socialise outside of work with your teams.
