Managing a customer facing team and their relationship with the business we work in partnership with. Ensuring correct business practices are being followed and amending/updating these practices were needed.
Learnt some further information on lean management, but it is too early to say anymore.
I am enjoying it a lot; however, it is difficult to manage time in the current climate, as work is very intensive.
