I am responsible for preparing and maintaining the testing environment that the other teams will work on. I communicate with the client to receive updates on what is expected of us.
I have learnt how to write and develop programs in sql and have been able to automate tasks using Visual Basic code.
The people on the course all get along well with each other and work together to help achieve a common goal.
There is a clear progression ladder in the organisation which we are shown when we join.
I have 4 direct lines of contact at work that I can contact for help. Each person is for specialised in a personal area and is personal to me.
