I enjoy my work. It allows me to gain a vast array of experience from experienced professionals who are always willing to offer support. My work environment allows me to work at the forefront of my sector whilst still being relatively inexperienced and whilst still developing my knowledge of the sector
My programme is very organised, I am in constant communication with my line manager and we have agreed upon study days once a week. My line manager and I have regular discussion and reviews of my work and support is readily available from him andf from the rest of the office as a whole
I receive a great amount of support from my employer. We have a dedicated apprentice hr manager who is available to answer our queries and raise any issues we may not feel we are in the position to do so. I alo receive lots of support in regards to my work
The training provider provides a large amount of online resources and there are multiple tutors who are available to contact in regards to any questions I may have about their subject. As well as this they provide us with an apprenticeship outcomes officer who is contact with both me and my line manager on a regular basis
The knowledge I gain from my training provider is clearly applicable to me line of work. It allows me to develop a better understanding and improve my ability in my role. Legal modules especially help me with my analytical thinking when reading leases and legal documents required for my work
We host regular networking events and young professionals events. There are also a myriad of external networking events we are invited to. Our office regularly has social events like lunches or post work drinks. Along with this Savills run a number of sports teams within the business and often compete in inter firm tournaments

Savills are an industry leader at the forefront of the property sector. They’re a national company with a real local presence. The business structure allows for great communication and work between different teams and people in different levels of the business. Their is a great range of support and knowledge available throughout the business and people are always willing to share this
