My programme is very well structurtured in the fact that i will always have work to do. However, both the course and Savills give your independence in managing your workload which i appreciate
As much support as i require
UCEM provide a lot of support, personally i do not use much of it and can find some of the tools used b y them fairly longwinded
I feel my qualification contnually allows me to develop in my job role
Savills has multiple extra curricular activities surrounding sport e.g. rugby 7's. Also i have attended professional networking events
Yes
Because i have always felt supported in my job role and i have found my colleagues have been interested in my apprenticeship and willing to assist me. The people at Savills are great.
