Viewing offices, replying to enquiries, dealing with all clients big an small and relaying information regarding interest. Writing up Heads of Terms, proposals and dealing with the solicitors to finalise leases. Updating all online portals and providing market intel to all clients.
Watching and learning from colleagues who are professionally qualified and learning from the mistakes we make. Responsibility being trusted to deal directly with big clients and large companies needing office accommodation.
Reall enjoy everyday meeting new people and making some key friends aswell as gaining key contacts for the future.
It is pretty well organised UCEM as a provider are pretty poor and seem very unorganised not provided a schedule for the year and when there are study breaks. Overall, we don't get answers to many questions that are put to them.
Savills are a brilliant employer allowing you to have all the time you need to complete your work sufficiently and flexible if you wish to do work at busy times. All of the people who work in the office specialise in different areas so digging into knowledge is crucial.

So far it has very little help as very basic knowledge.
