I am a C&I apprentice and I do a lot of electronic type structure work including some real life maintenance situations
I have made a lot of new skills at awe when I joined I was quite bad at what I did then as I slowly got ahead of it I ended up being far ahead
I really enjoy the apprenticeship would strongly recommend it
It is fairly well structured allthough there has been some issues
I get a lot of support from my employer helping me achieve my goals
They are actually doing quite a lot for us although there was a lot of complications at the start
I think they help a bit in the theory category but I learn way more at work
There is a lot that we as apprentices set up for everyone to enjoy
Yes
Because it’s a great place to work and it’s a lot of fun while you also get to get a lot done and feel accomplished
To stay focused and Keep working at it as you will get the hang of jt
