training to helping maintain electrical services on site
learnt about three phase systems, two way and intermediate lighting, emergency lighting and motors
it's really good, the group of people i work with all get on and enjoy each others company
the program in the training academy is well structured and the instructors are very helpful.
a lot, they help cater to peoples abilities and strengths without making them feel like an outsider
a fair amount is provided but personally i feel that more support is given to me from my line manager at work
it will be very helpful as it will be used day in and day out on site.
there is the recreation society which allows you to join different clubs as it works with AWE.
Yes
the perks you get as an employee are amazing. ranging from money off via an app through work to the pension scheme
