Learning and completing tasks/circuits in the workshop, normally physical work with some theory.
Yes, I had 0 skill in electrical and now I know alot from stripping wires to emergency lighting circuits and constructing bends in tray

We have college once a week
Not much, feel the work we do at work and in the workshop is far more useful than the qualification and college
Theres an Apprentice Activity group that organise extra curricular activities
