In my first rotation as a HR apprentice, I am situated in Learnign and Development as a coordinator. My role includes organising courses for marketing, sales, finance and eBusiness throughout the business. I organise and advertise these courses, and collate and analyse feedback to see how they can improve.
I have learnt so many new skills including: communication, excel capability, writing for purpose, time management, and working in a professional environment
I thoroughly enjoy this programme and all of the experiecnes I have gained. Everyday there is something new for me to get involved in and new things to be learnt. Everyone is very supportive. Nice to be in a real working environment.
My programme is online, so I can work flexibly to complete thi as well as my 20% off the job training. There are no strict dates to complete things except my assignments.
Lots, I can speak to anyone in my team, or my manager, or people in the academy team and they are more than happy to help. I have been allowed to go on courses to help my development as well as work in other teams within HR to further development.
Monthly catch ups with my learning development coach where I can ask any questions or voice any problems I have had.
By qualifying in CIPD it allows me to be a HR professional and will allow me to progress in my career. It also helps with knowledge and models in HR that I can apply to my role,
Yes, there are professional networking events such as the One Young World event as well as internal ones such as the anuual HR conference. Our team does team building regularly and the network of apprentices across the business meet regularly for support/social.

Great environment to work with lots of opportunities to develop. Everyone is more than happy to help no matter who they are or what they do. A wide variety of apprenticeships to get involved in.
Be yourself in the interview process, they are looking for different people to fill positions, be confident in your ability to answer questions when asked.
