I have learnt many skills, communication, computer skills, how to act as a business proffesional, organisation.
I enjoy the programme as I am very supported with my apprenticeship with many learning courses.
My Programme is very organised and I know what is going on, however COVID-19 has changed this.
I recieve a lot of support from the employer and my collegues.
I recieve a lot of support from FWD, I have a monthly call with them.
I think the pensions knowledge I gain from the qualification helps me in my role as it is to do with pensions.
Football, and many networking events

As it is a great place to work and very supportive.
To make sure that they put there all in to it as it is not easy to get in.
