Handling new business clients and trying to transfer them over to Aon in terms of insurance, health and benefits & risk management. I have to approach markets and obtain renewal instructions for the client.
I have improved communication skills and Team work by working in a large team of 18 i have learnt how to action new roles.
I really enjoy everything about my apprenticeship, the team and the company offers me loads of opportunites.
Very structured was great to get the exam under my belt but end point assesment was too in depth
Lots of study days makes me look forward to future studies
