Supporting the brokers and account managers by putting slips together, producing cover notes, cover note addenda's and endorsements.
I have learnt and developed ground knowledge about different types of insurance and developed my communication skills.
I would have preferred it more if I had more guidance and someone to teach me things along the way. I feel that I should know more than I do, having been there nearly two years.
The apprenticeship programme itself in terms of exams, studying, coursework and the support from your apprenticeship coach is great and well organised.
Not enough
A great deal. My coach was very nice and supportive.
It helped me to understand different classes of business, so quite well, as I could be doing work for the Marine, Property or Non-Marine Team, therefore my qualification helped me to understand the teams more.
Some Next-Gen events yes.
