at the moment I am attending a training centre called Appris this involves learn multiple subjects to work towards my level 3 qualification.
I believe the training centre preform well in teaching new skills and I feel as though I'm progressing well.
I enjoy learning new skills in engineering and I am looking forward to working in the work place.
the programme is clearly set out by both the employer and the training centre with a clear time table and structured learning.
the line manager frequently contacts me regarding how I'm doing am we have meetings every two months to check that I don't need anything. I receive good support from my employer.
when regarding to my trading provider I receive excellent support with meetings and also good support from the tutors.
I receive good support and tips on how I can improve this allows me to preform to the best of my ability.
my employer provides activities such as 5 a-side foot ball but also they provide many perks making working for the company enjoyable.

I would defiantly recommend Britvic as an apprenticeship provider as you are well looked after and receive good training to kick start your career .
to other applying at Britvic I would strongly suggest research the company in depth but also come prepared to the interview this being bringing material to show experience or interest.
