I am a junior java developer and my daily duties includes shadowing my peers and the maintenance of api platforms on a basic level

I am enjoying the programme a lot since it is something i have wanted to do since i was young

They are looking for people who are friendly from pretty much any background even if you have had little to no experience in IT so its all about how eager you are and if you work well with others
