I am a junior java developer and my daily duties includes shadowing my peers and the maintenance of api platforms on a basic level

Yes, i have developed my java skills which i have dabbled in coding before and was interested in

I am enjoying the programme a lot since it is something i have wanted to do since i was young

It is structured well but more information about progression would be nice

I receive lots of support from my employer especially since the working environment is very friendly and accessible

Lots. We spend 20% of our time working towards the qualification

7. How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

The work i am doing in university directly links to my specific job role so i am very happy and fortunate

there is and have been to events at work which shows off these events, however i am personally not interested

Yes

Because it is well paying, a good working environment, and teaches relevant skills

10. What tips or advice would you give to others applying to Barclays?

They are looking for people who are friendly from pretty much any background even if you have had little to no experience in IT so its all about how eager you are and if you work well with others
