I am responsible for transacting customers orders and arranging the pick and pack activity and two key EU logistics centres and arranging the export activity across the EMEA region.
I have learnt so many new skills. I have developed so much as a person, my confidence has grew and I have developed new leadership skills, I am now considered an experienced logistics employee.
I thoroughly enjoyed my programme.
My programme is very well organised.
I receive one to one line management and I also have a specifically aligned mentor.
I receive great support. My employer is very flexible and understands that my studies come first. They offer support when writing my assignments and help to pick out key real life examples that I can implement into my writing.
Very well. Since my qualification is tailored to the role I am undertaking, I find it very helpful to have the practical work learnings backed up by traditional study methods through my education provider.
Yes, there are countless extra curricular activities to get involved in at AZ.
Yes
Because its a brilliant company who truly value their employees and compensate well. They also value personal development and offer many opportunities to succeed within the organisation.
Think hard if an apprenticeship is right for you. I would also recommend researching about the organisation and possibly taking the opportunity to attend some work experience at the organisation.
