Attend to breakdowns anywhere on site, big or small, helping out on project work for upgrading machines, an hour or so of studying
I have learnt lots of new skill with the job, including expanding my knowledge to a wide range of different subjects and I have gathered lots of people skills, such as interviews, meeting and greeting new people, building professional work-based relationships and more.
I really enjoy the programme as its something I am passionate about and learning and putting into practise my skills Is something I enjoy.
The programme is well structured, there has been a few issues regarding college and starting the right course but it was sorted quickly and got me on track for completing the units I need to. It also offers potential for progressing through the levels of university.
I receive a sufficient amount of support from my employer and my manager, which has helped me select the relevant courses, helped me manage my college work and also set me up with good placements on site.
I also receive a sufficient amount of support from my training provider and they have always made it so I am able to ask for help and they will help me to the best of their ability.
My qualification has massively helped me perform in work as I have learnt the theory of why certain things are done and I have been able to apply this to my day to day role
There are a few activities to get involved with, I often am involved with going mountain biking with some of the lads from work which I enjoy.
