I have learnt a lot of new skill, ranging from simply how to use a pipette to advanced equipment like learning how to use a Flow cytometer
Absolutely love it, I'm constantly learning new things and being challenged and I feel that I am learning a lot
on the most part it is very well organised and structured making it simple to progress through
Plenty of support. They are always there to help out when needed and give me support if needed
I receive enough support from my training provider and they are there if and when needed
My knowledge in my role is highly specified and the training I receive helps broaden my knowledge
As our workplace as quite a few apprentices and also IP students we will often get together for socials

I really enjoy working here and feel like a valued member of the team, I am treated well and I really enjoy the work so I would readily recommend it to a friend!
Throw yourself into it! it's a steep learning curve and a lot to get used to so just go for it and make the most of it, give it your all
