I rotate around the departments in the factory learning different skills and how the factory is run.
Yes
I enjoy my work in the factory and I am able to use the transferable skills in different departments
Well organised company however the college is not very organised in regards to the training and communication.
I receive lots of support from siemens from the management and mentors
For the Sub-Diploma there is lots of support and guidance however the NVQ side, there is very little support except for the reviews every 3-6 months.
I feel like most of the theory at college can be put into place in the workplace
There are a few social activities available
