When I started the apprenticeship I was doing new joiner inductions, facilitating key-skills workshops, creating workshops, coaching new joiners.
Yes - Learning Needs Analysis, BOOST Feedback model, developed more on where L&D fits into different organisations and different structures. We attend monthly workshops. More aware of Knowledge, skills and behaviours.
