  • My role involves supplying clinical trial medication to patients all over the world. This means monitoring stock levels, forecasting supplies for the future and assessing suitability of the drug if there are issues such as temperature excursions.

  • I have developed skills in Excel, OneNote and outlook. I have also developed skills in communication and working cross-functional, as well as chairing meetings.

  • I enjoy my programme, the job is really enjoyable and I have gained a lot of experience and knowledge.

  • 4. How well organised/structured is your programme?
  • The on the job aspect is well organised. The education piece has been less structured, we have gained a lot of valuable support from the university but not the education provider.

  • I receive lots of support from my employer. If I needed help with assignments or portfolio there is always someone to provide help.

  • Very little to no support.

  • I feel that I have learnt a lot about my role from my colleagues and requires little input from the degree.

  • 8. Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)
  • Yes - there is a network for young professionals and a network of women. There is also a gym which I attend and sports teams to join.

  • Yes


  • 9b. Why?
  • The company has a really positive, welcoming culture. The people are really friendly and I feel great pride from the job and knowing I am making a difference to patients lives.

  • Be yourself, be enthusiastic and do your research about the company. :)
