Allocating staff, checking for appointments, administering medication to residents, supporting residents, booking money in and out, checking daily notes, making sure there is enough medication, supporting with incidents, managing staff.
i have further developed my staff management skills and i have learnt a lot more in the aspects of being a lead adult care worker.
With being able to carry on working whilst doing the apprenticeship i was able to begin introducing things that i have learnt into my workplace.
