My role includes operating the packing lines. This involves ensuring the correct components are on line along with the correct variable data being on the product and the machines are running efficiently.
I have learnt more in depth about the operating of machinery and some engineering skills. I have also developed my people skills as I work with a variety of people from different backgrounds.
I thoroughly enjoy the programme.
I think the introduction period could have been more structured as it took a while for me to gain access to things such as my passwords which were difficult to get. However, the support from the line team was great.
I receive a lot of support from people around AstraZeneca including my line team and my managers.
On the whole, I receive a lot of support from my college tutors although in some subjects, I think additional help could be offered.
Currently, I do not use a lot of my qualification techniques in work. There has only been brief parts which I can link to my performance within the workplace.
I am unsure.
