Day to day operation and technical assistance across the business.
Yes I have gained lots of new industry knowledge, I have also developed my existing work ethic and IT skills.
I enjoy going in to work everyday and facing new challenges to extend my knowledge

I receive lots of support, both on the job and also to do with my exams.
My training provider is very clear on the steps i need to take in order to receive learning support if i need it.
Lots of the information I learn through exams and workshops helps me in my day to day job.
There are lots of social events and charity events to get involved in.

The apprenticeship is very well structured and a great place to learn - lots of support where needed. You are treated like one of the team from day 1 and allowed to get involved in professional work straight away.
