I am a laboratory scientist apprentice working within analytical sciences, where I run a variety of different methods and help to maintain studies.
I have learnt a large variety of new skills, such as chromatography.
I really enjoy it. I'm constantly learning new things and developing my skills.
My programme is well organised and structured, so progressing through is made easier.
I receive a lot of support from my employer and they are always there if support is required
I receive enough support and they are always willing to help out if I need any help.
The training I am obtaining helps me to broaden my knowledge and helps me to understand other areas of the field better as my role is very specific.
There are lot of extracurricular activities to get involved in.

It is a really great learning experience, where you are constantly developing your skills while being supported.
