undertaking various GMS tasks on a variety of clients - tasks vary depending on time of the month or time in the year.
I have learnt to be more confident and improve my communication by working in a team that is spread across Manchester, Leeds and Newcastle. I am also interacting regularly with people more senior and older than myself.
I very much enjoy my day to day role in my team, interacting with my team and the other apprentices.
We are kept well informed by the apprenticeship team and are aware of timelines for various parts of our programmes.

There is lots of support when balancing studying and working, everyone is very flexible in this matter
