I do client work for my colleagues including binding instructions, renewal report work, client information letters, driver letters. I often use the programme Acturis to help me with this.
My Excel abilities have improved since working at Aon as well as outlook.
I think the programme is varied and interesting. I get along very well with my colleagues and this makes up a huge part of my job satisfaction.
The programme is well structured with the exams, coursework and on the job learning. I meet with my coach once a month and have a lot of support fro my line manager and mentor.
I receive a lot of support from my employer - my line manager, mentor and all other members of the team.
I receive a lot of support from the training provider FWD. My coach and I meet once a month and on the run up to my exam my coach organised a revision session over the phone that was very helpful.
The qualification helps me to perform better in my role by allowing me to learn about the insurance industry as a whole as well as giving me the means to utilise this knowledge in my job.
