It includes helping caseworkers and managers with tasks: i.e. phoning clients, drafting letters, packs, etc.
Yes. Interpersonal, Excel, Words, Powerpoints, etc. through filtered training and elearning. Useful!
I enjoy that I get to rotate on different departments. Doing the actual job and experiences throughout will prepare me on the later stages.
Rn with coronavirus no one has a clue. Hopefully as certainty arise the programme will be structured.

The culture is a massive thing, you feel like you are part of the family straight away. The experience is also a key factor.
