I am in IRM Audit for my rotation at the moment, I would be given day to day responsibilities when working with the client, such as receiving and asking for evidence.
Defiantly, my confidence has grown on so many different levels. My ability to communicate has also grown. And also my IT skills
I do really enjoy it, to be able to rotate in my programmes and have the experience in as many departments as possible.
It is well orgainised, however I feel the information we get or enquires that we do have does come quite slow.
I do get the support I need, however sometimes I feel that the support we do get is quite slow
The best support we can get, they are very informative and are always willing to help even after the lectures.
I think it does, it makes me understand the role and lot better, and with the knowledge being the skills always me to understand my role a lot better.
